Construction Update

As of June 2021, 420, over 90% of Sentrina Lipa's originally planned 461 units, have been sold.

Land development for Sentrina Lipa Main has been complete since December 2017. All road networks are functional, electrical distribution lines have been installed and energized, and water distribution lines have all been completed and are now working. Amenity Areas have been functional since 2018.

In addition, there are already more than 5 operating stores stationed at Shophouse Cluster A. These include a general merchandise store, a frozen meat shop, a milk tea shop, and a laundry shop. Construction of 8 more commercial units has begun early 2021.

For the last 8 years, the subdivision has consistently been met with positive buyer and homeowner reviews in addition to strong sales. In response to this, Sentrina Lipa expanded its flagship subdivision in early 2018 to cater to the high demand for its elegant and high-quality houses. Sentrina Lipa Annex adds another 75 units across 1.5 hectares to the subdivision's already impressive 461.

The new expansion, Sentrina Lipa Annex will have its own amenities, with its own Multipurpose Hall, playgrounds, and jogging paths that our residents can enjoy.

House construction progress has remained consistent. 382 houses have been built, with another 20 currently under construction for Sentrina Lipa Main. In addition, 8 units have been completed, with 33 under construction, for Sentrina Lipa Annex.

Land development of Sentrina Lipa Annex is 100% complete. All power and water distribution lines are already in place.

Less than 30 units in total currently remain available for sale for both Sentrina Lipa Main and Sentrina Lipa Annex.
