Sentrina Updates as of Febuary 2024

As of February 2024, our real estate project has made significant progress. Building upon our previous efforts, we're pleased to announce the completion of several critical infrastructure elements that mark the growth of our community.

Phase 1 Land Development

The land development for this phase is 100% completed. In 2023, we also successfully installed the community's entry marker, implemented a fully operational gate and guardhouse for secure access, and completed a variety of model units for the Avian, Arra, Raya, Amira, and Lavine designs, each exemplifying the quality and style envisioned for our homes.

House Construction

In Phase 1, we have successfully sold 90% of our saleable units, reflecting strong market demand and confidence in our development.

Currently, we have 131 units under construction, with 46 units already completed and turned over to their new owners. Out of these, 30 families have moved into their new homes, creating a vibrant and growing community.

Amenity Area Construction

Additionally, we are planning the construction of our amenity area, with the target completion set for 2025, further enhancing the living experience for our residents.

Phase 2

Transitioning to Phase 2, we are gearing up for an exciting start with the sales and land development both targeted to commence in March of 2024. This next phase promises to continue the momentum and success of our project, offering even more opportunities for potential homeowners.

Construction Updates

It has only been a little over a year since we launched Sentrina Alaminos. Since then, we made significant progress with our project development in order to provide you the with the dream homes meant for you!

The 18-hectare master-planned Sentrina Alaminos targets to construct approximately 820 house and lot units across 3 phases, including a 2.2 hectare commercial development comprising a commercial block and a commercial strip.

Construction of Phase 1 is already in full swing, with its robust total of 344 house and lot units projected to be completed by 2025.

Land Development for the area is now 40.5% complete. 46.40% of all road networks have been paved with concrete. 8% of electrical poles have been installed and have been energized. Road pavement, and installation of electricity and water distribution lines for remaining areas are ongoing. Target completion for amenity construction and land development of Phase 1 is Q4 2024.

The construction of the subdivision entryway and signage, and the brand-new Marketing Office was completed early 2021. Construction of house model units will begin by Q3 of 2021.

As of June 2021, 32% of all units have been sold (Phase 1).
